WITH BANANA:
If you want to have all banana skin benefits follow this steps:
You will need : a ripe banana

– Crush the banana until you get a homogeneous paste.

– Apply a thick layer of the banana puree on your face and the neck.

– Let stand for 1/2 hour and rinse with warm water.

Your skin will be back again supple and soft. Apply your moisturizing cream.

 

 

MOISTURIZING MASK WITH BANANA, PAPAYA AND AVOCADO:


If you have a very dry skin and you need all the banana skin benefits follow this steps:

You will need: 1/2 banana – 1/2 avocado – 1/2 papaya

– Crush all the fruits together to have a nice smooth dough.

– Apply on your face and your neck.

– Let stand 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. Apply a moisturizing cream.

Your skin will be nourish and moisturize.

 

 

MOISTURIZING MASK WITH BANANA, EGG AND OLIVE OIL:

You will need: 1 banana – 1 egg – 2 teaspoons of olive oil

– Crush the banana and mix all the ingredients together to get a smooth paste.

– Apply the mask on your face and the neck.

– Let stand 30 minutes and rinse with warm water. Apply a moisturizing cream.

This mask moisturizes the very dry skin.

 

 

 

 

 

MOISTURIZING MASK WITH BANANA, SWEET ALMOND OIL, ORGANIC HONEY

You will need: 1 ripe banana, 1 teaspoons of sweet almond oil, 1 teaspoons of organic honey

– Mash the ripe banana.

– Mix really well with sweet almond oil and organic honey.

– Apply thick layer of the paste on your face and the neck

– let stand 1/2 an hour and rinse with warm water.

Bananas are packed with vitamins, minerals and nutrients to hydrate, nourish, regenerate and protect the skin.

Honey is an antiseptic, healing, antioxidant, full of vitamin, it hydrates and nourishes the skin in depth.

Sweet almond oil hydrate and nourish the skin.

Banana skin benefits – Peeling and Sensitive skin

Banana mix with other ingredients helps to get rid of dead skin and rejuvenate skin.

 

BANANA AND SUGAR EXFOLIATING MASK:

– Crush a ripe banana and mix it well with 1 tablespoon of sugar.

– Apply the mixture to the skin and rub gently in a circular motion on all your face and your neck and rinse with warm water.

Banana will hydrate the skin and the sugar will get rid of dead skin.

 


EXFOLIATING MASK WITH BANANA AND OATS:

– In a container: Crush a ripe banana, add 2 or 3 tablespoons oats, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon milk

– Mix all the ingredient very well.

– Apply on your face, let it sit for 5 minutes, then rub your skin gently.

– Rinse with cold water.

If you have a very dry skin, you can replace the milk by fresh cream.

 

BANANA SKIN BENEFITS TO TREAT SENSITIVE SKIN

BANANA MASK CLAY, HONEY, YOGURT, JOJOBA:

White clay stimulate the blood circulation of the skin, gently exfoliate and purified.

You will need:

1 banana – 1 tablespoon organic honey – 1 tablespoon yogurt – 1 white of egg – 1/2 teaspoons of jojoba oil – 1 tablespoon of white clay.

– Heat the honey until it becomes liquid, not to hot, and put it in a glass bowl.

– Whisk the white of the egg into the bowl and add all other ingredients except banana.

– Mix gently until you get a smooth paste.

– Crush the banana and add to the mixture.

– Apply the mixture on your cleaned face and neck.

– Rinse with warm water and apply your moisturizing cream.

 

 

Banana skin benefits -Lightening and anti-aging

LIGHTENING MASK WITH BANANA, HONEY AND LEMON

You will need: 1 ripe banana – 1 tablespoon honey – 1 teaspoon lemon juice

– Crush the ripe banana in a bowl, until it forms a smooth paste.

– Add the tablespoon honey and teaspoon lemon juice

– Mix very well all the ingredients.

– Wash your face with a mild soap and use a soft towel to dry it.

– Apply the mask on your face.

– Wait 15 minutes and wash your face with warm water without mild soap.

This mask is made to fade the dark spots, eliminate the spot and lighten skin dull. The 3 ingredients you will use, will clear, moisturize and brighten your skin: banana – honey and lemon juice.

 

 

BANANA SKIN BENEFITS TO FIGHT AGAINST WINKLES

ANTI-AGING MASK WITH BANANA – YOGURT – VITAMIN C

You will need: 1 yogurt to tighten the pores – orange juice to revitalize skin cells and reduce winkles – 1 ripe banana

– Crush the ripe banana in a bowl until it forms a smooth paste.

– Add 1 tablespoon of a thick organic yogurt.

– Add 1 tablespoon an orange juice.

– Mix all the ingredients together. If the mixture is too thick add a few drops of orange juice.

– Wash your face with a mild soap and use a soft towel to dry it.

– Apply the mask on your face.

– Wait 15 minutes and wash your face with warm water without mild soap.

  17. I never realized all the benefits of a banana. I usually just chop them up in my cereal but I see that they can be used for so much more.
    P.S. Maybe it’s just my computer but the opening banana pic is very blurry at the top, maybe you should replace it.
