GET RID OF SUNBURN WITH MELON:
Thanks to the melon’s vitamin A softens the skin and acts as an anti-inflamatory, then the fatty acids of glitches softens the skin.
It’s very simple! you take a melon, you peel it, you put it in the mixer with the glitches. Then place the mashed melon on the area of the sunburn, leave for 15 minutes, gently tapping.
My opinion: This remedy is handy when we have a melon at hand. In summer is not a problem. This method really helped me to get rid of sunburn. My skin was less peeled when the sunburn was removed. The only drawback is that the melon is full of sugar and it sticks a little, but it is very effective. Do it twice or three times a day until improvement.
GET RID OF SUNBURN WITH BAKING SODA:
The baking soda has antiseptic power and calm the skin in case of burn.
Soak compresses with water and put one or two tablespoons of baking soda. Place on the areas damaged by the sun and let stand about 15 minutes. Do it at least 3 times a day until your skin repairs.
My opinion: It’s one of the fastest and the most effective of skin remedies I have tested. It was not messy and I immediately felt better after the first time.
GET RID OF SUNBURN WITH APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
Thanks to the acids that vinegar contains and that we also can find in aspirin, it can calm the pain and the inflammation of the skin.
It’s really simple! Dip compresses in vinegar, if you don’t have some, take a paper towel and put it on the sunburn areas. leave them until they dry and redo it 2 or 3 times until your skin heals
The vinegar bath can help to get rid of sunburn. In a bath of cold or lukewarm water, pour a cup of cider vinegar. This will relieve your skin and make it softer.
My opinion: It was really effective and it relieved me a lot but I didn’t like it because the smell was really too strong.
GET RID OF SUNBURN WITH HONEY:
Honey is really a perfect care in case of burn. It soothes and treat the skin real well.
Simply put a layer of honey on your sunburn, leave for 15 minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water. So that the skin heals well and quickly do it 3 times a day.
Get rid of sunburn – What to eat to prevent them ?
For those who get sunburn too easily, the diet can help you better to protect yourself. But that will not prevent you from applying a good sun protection.

The tomato contains an antioxidant named lycophene that gives this color to the tomato. lycophene may reduce redness of the skin due to the sun, and it can help to have sunburn less violent.

– Phototype 1 is for person with blond or red hair with blue or green eyes. This person never tan and have sunburn very easily.
– Phototype 2 are person who have blond, red or chestnut hair, with blue or green eyes. These people tan with difficulty and get sunburn easily.
– Phototype 3 are person with skin a little less pale, with brown eyes and chestnut or brown hair. This person get tan progressively and get sunburn less often.
– Phototype 4 are people with matte skin with brown or black hair and brown or black eyes. This people tan easily and don’t often get sunburn.
– Phototype 5 are people with a very matte skin, with black hair. This person tan a lot and very quickly and don’t often get sunburn.
– Phototype 6 are people with black skin, black hair and black eyes. This person never have sunburn.
– Even if you have a skin that’s not very risky, it’s good to stay in the shade under the parasol at the beach, and choose a hat that protect the head and the neck.
– If you stay under the sun for a long time, it’s better to wear dark clothes that are more protective.
– It’s better to avoid sun exposure between 12pm and 4 pm, because the sun’s rays are stronger at this time.
– Avoid exposing your skin too long to the sun, so that it can be able to recover more easily.
– Don’t believe that because the wind is cool or there are a few clouds the sun will burn you less.
– Look at the phototype of your skin (explained just above), to apply a suitable sunscreen.
