There are many reasons for that. All year round, we think about our pretty little face. We make masks, exfoliation, peeling, hydration. But in countries where it’s cold or fresh 8 months out of 12, we don’t really think about our knees. Sweating, shaving for those who shave their leg, bad hair removal. Let’s start with the natural scrubs. To lightens the area of the knees, we must get rid of dead cells. There is nothing better than a scrub to get there.




By assembling the good nutrients of honey and the good hydration provided by flax seeds; we will obtain a powerful exfoliating cream which will soften and lightens the knees. Mix 3 tablespoon flax seed and 2 tablespoon honey. Put on your knees and leave on for 15 minutes and rinse. You can use this cream 2 to 3 times a week.






You will need a half of a mature avocado and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Take out the avocado pulp and crush it like a guacamole. Then add the sugar to form a homogeneous paste. Apply the cream on your knees with circular motions during 2 to 3 minutes. Leaves on the knees for about 20 minutes until the paste has dried. You can do it between 2 to 3 times a week.

If you can’t extract the juice from the potatoes, you can slice them and rub between 10 to 15 minutes per knees.



Oat is very good for the health of the body in general and it also helps to keep or to reach a very pretty skin. With this good ingredient we will also need lemon and salt. Mix the juice of half a lemon with half a teaspoon of oat and a pinch of salt. Apply this exfoliant by doing circular motion on the knees for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Onion and garlic are very effective for lightening your knees. We will need a big clove of garlic and an onion. Peel the clove of garlic and grate it or squeeze it. Grate the onion and mix the garlic and the onion together. Apply on the knees and rub gently during 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with water. If you can’t stand the smell, you can rinse with soap.
