Skin peels hyperpigmentation – Best help and best home remedies

Welcome back to my Skinsatin blog. Today I want to talk about a skin care which help me to maintain my skin in good condition all year long. I have a mixed race skin that easily mark. Sometimes lightening gel and cream are not enough. So once a week or once a month I use a skin peel hyperpigmentation. This process helps my skin to regenerate more easily.

Hyperpigmentation issues concern all type of skin. On lighter skin and white skin it will appear in the form of red spots or to be like freckles. On darker skin it will appear in dark stains or patch. Actually we could apply makeup and sometimes a lot of makeups to hide these skin problems. But you know what? These camouflage clogs the skin pores which can aggravate the problem of hyperpigmentation.

Frankly, isn’t it unpleasant when you remove makeup in the evening and you see the same problem in your mirror? Me it would depress me! That’s why I’m going to propose you some solutions I use myself with a lot success and you’ll be able to do in the intimacy of your home. There are also very good products that I tried that you can buy in store, I will share with you my opinion about them. There are always several solutions to solve a problem you just have to choose the one that suits you. But skin peels hyperpigmentation is a solution really effective for hyperpigmentation problems.

Skin peels hyperpigmentation – its utility

Before speaking to you of its utility, I will first advise you to do it in winter, without the risk of pigmentation related to the sun.

The peel is used to remove dead cells from the skin surface. If you have hyperpigmentation, acne scars, spots that don’t go away; skin peels are radical. The most important ingredient in the chemical peel is the fruits acid or glycolic acid. Glycolic acid is the most popular fruit acid.

A greater or lesser amount of this acid is used depending on the sessions. This is related to the skin thickness and its sensitivity. For a professional peel it is always necessary to prepare your skin 15 days before with a cream application and when it is done, you have to maintain it with a cream during 3 months after.

It is quite restrictive but the professional skin peel hyperpigmentation is very effective and last longer. Unfortunately it is very expensive and we can’t all afford this kind of skin care.

Skin peels hyperpigmentation – at home vs dermatologist

I give you my personal opinion, I find more reassuring a homemade peeling or those we buy in the shops. The difference with a skin peel hyperpigmentation that we would do to a dermatologist is the chemicals’ concentration. Which means that a homemade peel or buy in a store will be less strong and the effect will last less. But mots of my feminine friends find their benefit, because there is no medical procedure, they are cheaper and I must emphasized that they are more comfortable to bear.

When I say more comfortable is that unlike a skin peels hyperpigmentation made in a care cabinet, the potential tingling and redness that follow a professional care are extremely rare with a homemade peel or purchased in stores.

It is also true that if you look for a skin peel hyperpigmentation that lasts longer with a more powerful effect, the house peel won’t replace a professional peel. The house peel is still a good alternative for those who don’t want to go to a doctor’s office. And who prefer to take care of her in the privacy of their bathroom.

Skin peels hyperpigmentation – TCA peel at home

I want to warn anyone who is ready to do this peeling at home. These are products which are necessary to treat with caution. If the use isn’t well respected, there may be a risk of severe burns on the skin. If the instructions for use are respected it really worth it!

It is effective, not too expensive and one of the best chemical peel to do at home.

The TCA peel can be used with different acid concentration depending on the death of skin peels hyperpigmentation you want to make, it varies from 10 to 50%. The higher the concentration, the deeper the peel will be. This peel also improves the amount of collagen and elastin in the skin. Awesome against winkles!

Be careful, you really need to know the health of your skin before to use such a product. So it would be nice to go to see a dermatologist before or have already tried the experience with a specialist. But I’m certain that some doctors will advise against it for fear that you burn your skin while it could support. This product can largely compete with them because TCA peel is effective and much cheaper. Don’t hesitate to ask for several medical notices.

I will write a full article soon about TCA peel, its using, and how it reacted on my skin.

Skin peels hyperpigmentation – homemade peeling

Make this homemade peel in winter as the exfoliation makes the skin sensitive to the sun.

For normal skin:

Your skin is neither greasy nor dry. Your skin is perfect lucky girl! You can refresh your complexion in winter.

Here is an easy recipe to make:

– Mix a tablespoon of sugar with 2 tablespoons of olive oil or of honey

– Simply massage your face into small circular movement for a few minutes with this mixture then rinse with fresh water.

– The sugar is going to satin and illuminate your complexion while the olive oil or the honey will hydrate it.

I told you it was a perfect treatment!!

For sensitive skin:

Oatmeal is a perfect care for sensitive skin, it will purify and exfoliate without attacking it.

– Mix oatmeal with mineral water, mix everything and apply on your face without massaging.

– Let it dry then rinse abundantly.

– If you also want hydrate your skin make this peeling with sweet almond oil, it is very rich in vitamin A and E.

Thanks to sweet almond oil, the skin will be softer and nourish without being greasy.

If you have some buttons don’t hesitate to replace mineral water or sweet almond oil with lemon.

For acne skin:

Fruit peels, especially lemon are very beneficial to oily and acned skin, because they contain AAH (Acids Alpha Hydroxyles)

These acids eliminate dead skins in surface and stimulate collagen production. Your skin will regenerate faster, be purified, more supple and toned. In addition, this peels eliminate recent scars.

You can just do it every night after a make up removal:

– Cut a slice of organic lemon and apply on the skin with a cotton or a sponge.

– Of course, avoid the eyes’ area where the skin is much thinner.

– Leave the juice for 1 or 2 minutes. It is normal if it tingles.

– Rinse with clear water and apply your cream.

If your skin supports peeling you can do it every other day by increasing the exposure time (no more than 5 minutes). Then once a week after improvement.

If it irritates you, wait a few days. The lemon being very acidic avoid applying it on a dry skin or with a sunburn.

Conclusion

As you could read it, there plenty of possibilities for a peeling. You have naturals recipes, bought in a shop, done at a doctor. It’s up to you to choose what suits you best.

Thank you for taking the time to read me, I hope my solutions could help you and don’t hesitate to leave a comment.
